8/06/2022 - Pam: We are still hoping this one will materialize. The buyer is waiting for a large payout which apparently is getting deposited into her acc next week then the bank will process her loan. We should know for sure by the end of this month. Fingers crossed.

7/05/2022 - Pam: This one is turning into a nightmare. Think I told you it was under contract for 860k. Well after 2 extensions the buyer terminated as could not her her payout from Ex in time. She then texted to say she wanted the house so could she sign another contract with new dates. We resent to her and she has viewed it but not signed. The problem we have with her is that she works nights and refuses to call back ever. I maybe get the odd text if I am lucky! The owner is hoping that this deal will go through eventually as his next offer which is on the table is 780k which he is reluctant to take. He may lose them both, who knows, we are persevering and hope to hear something from 860k buyer this week. Fingers crossed!!

4/6 update from pam - Hi Mark This property is now under contract. The valuation happened this week, so we are keeping our fingers crossed it passes as we received a very high price for this home

23/03/2022 - Pam: under contract for $860 000. Bit of a shock as the other offers were in the high 700’s. Keep fingers crossed it passes bank valuation!! Owners have some issues with the pool not having the final council approval so trying to assist him to get that sorted with certifier etc too. Will let you know when we go unconditional.
