update from Ben 2/2/22Yes had a good meeting with her. Everything was going amazing until I discussed expected sale price. It’s worth around $700k (highest sale in there was $485k for a 3 bed – student accom building), I told her we had opportunity in the $700ks towards $800k. She thinks it’s worth $900k. Impossible at that with a tiny balcony and dark. Amazing reno though.
