10/11-Hi Vicki, I have just done some further research on the property and sales in the building. It appears getting something at $450,000 or will be a stretch too far in the current market. I have sent him a message and happy to have a chat with him to uncover motivation and see where it gets us. Cheers Edward


10/5/22 not going anywhere at this price for a few years. overpriced and there is a tenant in there managed by Mel Real Estate they are good and the person who leases is the property manager.
