07/02/2022 - Karim : Just a quick update to let you know that Lynne and Barry have decided to know longer sell the property. They have decided to retain as an investment and put it on the market for lease. They seem to be very comfortable with me and I’ll company looking after the rental as well. As a token of our appreciation, once the property is least the team and I are happy to incentivise you by paying You a portion of the letting fee which is 1 weeks rent.
