25/11/2023 - Aminah: Vendor sold privately to neighbour. Wasted our time just getting an appraisal so they could agree sale price with neighbour.
12/03/2022 - Aminah: After my appraisal, the vendor is selling the property directly to her neighbour without an agent.
2/03/2022 - Jenni: nil response
16/2/22 - Aminah: I met with the vendor and gave an appraisal. She is not quite ready to list but will call me when she is. Thanks.
