22/06/2022 - Aviv: He is an agent himself. Was keen to get an idea on price from us. Waste of time

3/3 Aviv confirmed this guy is a time waster he is agent himself and shopping around wants way over market. vf

owner wants more than its worth, hes an agent did not want Aviv to see it as its tenanted one of those time wasters


3/2/2022 - Avis updaye 3/2/22 - spk2, works as a commercial agent, bought it as an investment for now with intention to move in down the track, Has a great tenant paying over $900 p/w. Spk2 him about it and advised its worth around high 1.2's- $1.3m on a a good day.. Steven will discuss with family and work out what he would like to do. Was ideally wanting $1.4m+ - KIT 3months
