Hi Vicki
Yes I have spoken with Andrew, it is a rental investment property of his.
It is still tenanted and he does not want to disturb the tenants with an internal inspection at this stage, because he is apparently in two minds whether to sell it or leave it as it is.
I have done a drive-by and online inspection of the property and have emailed Andrew both a comparative market analysis and a market appraisal letter based on external / online views only.
Will keep you posted of any further developments.
