12/5 AS2 Emails and phone calls to both see responses 

 did originally peak to Kenneth when you first advised me and Kenneth said for me to call him back last week which I did and left a couple of messages to no avail.


I tried Kenneth again today and still couldn’t reach him, so I really have no news to tell you as he is not returning my calls.


 4/2 CLIENT SAID SPOKE TO TRY FURTHER DISCUSSIONS IN APRIL 

28/1/22 - on a 12 month lease since November last year may look to sell in the new financial year after July as there will be CG tax involved.
