KESS JUN 22 - , I also touched base again with Mia from Cocos court today. Initially she said they were renovating to sell and then late this afternoon she said they had decided to keep it for Airbnb. Another one bites the dust 😊..


1/6 Kess:  still updating the property and will let me know when they're ready.


6/4/22 Kess:  I appraised this property on Saturday and advised that they need to do a pile of work before listing. Mia will get the work done and call me back to reappraise in one month.


4/2 Kess:  client will evict tenants and then get me in for appraisal

1/2 Spoke to Mia happy with Lian, has been busy will call Kess today

28/1 Kess left message x2 client not responding 

1/2 She called, had a good chat. She's sending the tenants an eviction notice and once that's done and they respond she will call back and make an appointment time for me to meet her there. 👍🏽
