6/4 As you know we listed this property some months ago, however Raja was not wanting to spend any money on marketing. After a few weeks he agreed to provide for a small amount of advertising, but today this was increased to the full amount, which will hopefully result in a sale.

8/3/22  Property now listed. Commencing marketing.

2/3/22 This property is now a "silent listing" as Raja says he has no funds for vendor paid advertising. However I expect to resolve this aspect soon.

11/2 GOT  LISTING BUT OWNERS DONT WANT TO PAY ADVERTISING SO OFF MARKET FOR NOW THEY MAY COME TO MARKET IN A MONTH OR TWO 

2/2 Mick appraised the property sent Raja the paperwork verbally got the job waiting on listing papers

31/1  Frank:  disappointed as he called client Friday, organised to go today to meet the wife he turned up and she would not let him in said she did not know anything about it. Unless the client does not pass on the wifes number Frank does not want to waste his time.
