Just found out today that the tenants will not leave until the lease expires. So we are now rethinking what we can do.

16/2 Mark He just sent me an SMS this morning to say his tenants will not vacate the property till September so he will need to wait it out and once vacant he will look to sell.





I asked if he would want to use us to do that when the time comes and he said yes he would so I just have to wait out the next 6m or so.15/2 Emails sent to agents for update see responses 

Verbal confirmation from Andrew to go ahead with me selling the unit.

waiting for the owner to email me all the details to get the agreement going.
