30/05/2022 - Chris: I did notice and sought further information; where it was a decision of the family, not solely Jacqueline who I spoke to. She mentioned her brother had the eventual say and often in these scenarios there may be a pre-existing relationship.

If they are unable to sell, I have made mention I will be here to assist in future.

18/05/2022 - cHRIS ad: I spoke with Jacqueline some weeks ago who said the sale was not happening as her mother has decided she doesnt want to move into aged care. I'll follow up to see how they are going at some point and will update you accordingly.

Mother does not want to move to nursing home - Jacqueline will be in touch WITH Chris Cain when the time is right - 

9/02/2022 - Chris: I have just finished a phone call with Jacqueline. It was a positive discussion, however she has advised her mother (owner) has just come back home and is not currently in the nursing home, nor does she want to be in a nursing home. Quite a common scenario which I totally understand.Jacqueline said the sale for now, is on hold. However, she will be in contact once this changes.

3/2/22 update from chris -  I’ve called, texted and email Jacqueline yet no response. Ill continue trying and provide an update if I have any news.
