2/5 -  still waiting for a guy to go and do some clearing first hoping he can get it online by next month will need to follow up with the agents.

23/3 spoke to ziggy he said in touch the owner has clean up to do first, thinks this one is solid 

11/2 EMAIL SENT TO AGENTS AS2 FOR UPDATE 

Hi Vicki, I?ve been up to see the property but unfortunately it was on a wet day and the valley was fogged over and the land was completely overgrown. They were doing some clearing of the block this past week so I?m going to head up again over the weekend (weather permitting) or early next week. Apparently the land has views extending all the way back to Sydney skyline (on a clear day). Regards Greg
