SAM DALBY: Not certain on the exact reason of the backflip however I told him it was worth $1.6 - $1.7m with a suggested list price of 1.799m or no advertised price.

Hi Vicki, I?ve been up to see the property but unfortunately it was on a wet day and the valley was fogged over and the land was completely overgrown. They were doing some clearing of the block this past week so I?m going to head up again over the weekend (weather permitting) or early next week. Apparently the land has views extending all the way back to Sydney skyline (on a clear day). Regards Greg
