31/5   Hi Vicki, just giving you an update to let you know that the current contract which were the tenants has fallen over. The property has signs of wear and tear. We have vacated the tenants as of yesterday. the owners are fixing the property up as well as repainting and carpeting. We aim to have this adverted on the market for sale by the 15/6. 28/02/2022 - Hi Vivki, We had troubles with the property managers and tenants. Owners have given the tenants the 60 days notice to vacate then we will bring the property to the market for sale. I will let you know when it is ready. Warm regards Chris
