28/4/23---Hi Vicki. I have been receiving medical services over last year or so which has kept me somewhat restricted but getting hopefully out of it. My 2 sons will be handling property insofar as selling or not. They are the heirs to the property.

Hi, Vicki. Returning your calls today and yesterday to say that I did have discussions with Jenny Pedrini some months ago and I found her suitable as she is from Casino and I knew one of her relatives when I lived there. We agreed to hold over putting property on the market as I hadn’t lived there for some years although visiting every week or so and was doing some “brush up” of the property prior to going on the market. Then as you know for some months work that I had tradesmen doing had to stop, and may be starting up shortly. In addition to those problems my partner and I had severe flooding - by far the worst ever recorded in over 130 years - through our home in Tumbulgum plus 7 motorcycles being written off. After necessary work is done we will be selling it. Anyway to cut a long story short I will still be selling the North Casino property and using Jenny as my agent. Regards, Ron Rathborne

Hi Vicki,   Not at this stage, Ron has been affected by the recent flood where he lives, he is going to give me a call when he is ready for me to look at the property.

11/2 Ron Yes - Jenny has been in touch over phone and I will be meeting her soon as we had a long. helpful conversation. Actually, we were both born and grew up in Casino - different generations though - and I did know one of her relatives as well. I’ll decide on seeing Alex after I have further talks with Jenny.

Jenny and I will meet on site over the next few weeks as workers still there doing general tidy up of property.
