Fang Lu: I followed up 2 months ago and was still not ready. I will give him another call.

Joe:I will follow up again with the owner. From the latest conversation, he had some health issues and he would like to put selling on hold.

Scott: He changed his mind on selling from my last chat.

30/03/2022 - Joe: We are still follow up with the vendor Keith. From the last conversation, he is going to Hospital so he said everything is on hold for a while. I will keep you posted.
