6/5/22 Hi Vicki This one has been interesting. The ex with the snake moved out and the lady now owns this property. She told me she was going to do some renos then get it back on the market asap. We removed the ad (which we had paid for) off the internet thinking we could put it back up again when she was ready. This option has now expired (as 60 days) When I spoke to her last week she said they are not ready. Not sure what is going on. If you do get to speak to her, please can you let me know. Thanks

6/4/21 Pam: Hi Vicki Just letting you know that we listed this property then the owners split up and ownership was given to Kirsty. They asked us to remove from the market as they were repainting etc, then would relist after Easter. Will let you know once we upload

3/3/22/Hi Vicki Just letting you know that we have this listed but owners have been to court and she now as the keys to this house. She is busy cleaning it up - no snake hooray!! Hope to do an open house there next weekend. Motivated sellers.

Just letting you know that I have signed up this listing. Going to be a fun one as marriage split and he does not want to leave the house, so not sure what the presentation is going to be like, also there is a HUGE snake in a cage in the house, so could be interesting!! Will keep you posted.
