1/0/3/2022 - Pam has advised they have resigned from listing this. Tenants were a nightmare, photography booked, could not proceed as no access to one of the properties. Managing agents are not helpful at all. . Place is very messy. Has notified the vendor that she will not be proceeding. Pam is very apologetic, but has hit too many dead ends. Had even arranged free photography which she will pass onto client - Mark


16/2/22 update from Thomas - I have been in contact with Marc several times now, via phone call, and i have emailed market information, costs ect. Mark is looking for the cheapest advertising and commission. He will make a decision soon.
