jenny 16/3 - Seller has decided to stay put as she is having problems finding somewhere to go to. Roslyn was really happy with me and said she was going to use me to sell, until she discovered she cannot afford to buy. I believe they will need to sell one day, but it may be when her daughter moves and can accommodate them, which is not in the near future.
9/3 Vicki - Went to the home when appraisal was booked and she did not show -
update from vicki 9/2/22 - Have an appraisal booked for Monday
Jeanny - I met with the sellers on Friday. They are still considering selling. They still have work to do to the house, so may be a little way off. I will stay in touch with them.
