7/6 SP SEAN SAID THEY HAD A POOR SALE IN THAT BUILDING WHICH IS DELAYING IT INVESTING IS HARD WITH HIGH OUTGOINGS 

17/2 Paige Pearce are 2.15% Sean 3.15 but feels more comfortable with him, will need to speak to his bank to see if they can give him a personal loan to cover any shortfall which he estimates will be around $40k inc solicitor costs, advert etc

16/2 Sean went thru yesterday will lose money he thinks client is ontrack sent him form6 waiting for it back

11/2 Casey:  Sean Lubbe is organising to ctc the onsite manager to go thru and client will decide, he knows he will lose money still has had the property for 15 years
