17/2 Paige Pearce are 2.15% Sean 3.15 but feels more comfortable with him, will need to speak to his bank to see if they can give him a personal loan to cover any shortfall which he estimates will be around $40k inc solicitor costs, advert etc

16/2 Sean went thru yesterday will lose money he thinks client is ontrack sent him form6 waiting for it back

11/2 Casey:  Sean Lubbe is organising to ctc the onsite manager to go thru and client will decide, he knows he will lose money still has had the property for 15 years

Has spoken to Tarquin and missed a call from Knight Frank

It’s one of those complexes where everyone over paid in my view .

Thanks Vicki I will call her however I have done many in this building and what he paid is nowhere near what it will sell for so I'm not sure if she will push the button on this one. regards Andrew
