6/7/22 - Still waiting until the end of the year until he sells, has to do with his kids schooling - Daniel
11/05/2022 - Updated the address, changed suburb from Kellyville to North Kellyville
AUG 22 - DANIEL UPDATE (nr) - daniel update - kid goes to primary school - end 2023 then will look to sell.
16/02/2022 - Daniel said he had a chat with him on Monday taking his time, another year of maybe? depending on how Daniel sells the one he has at moment will decide if he sells now or future.
