16/2 Hi Vicki I have inspected 45/50 st Kevin’s avenue Benowa and are a good chance of listing the property in March for sale. The owner is coming to the GC to meet with me in person early March. It’s probably worth around 500k - keep you updated, Tim Grevell 0419830778
