22/06/2022 - Lindsay: Maria wants too much for her block. This block is in the bushfire prone area, needs lots of retaining, is an odd shape and back onto a 4 lane highway. She is now onto her second real estate agent to sell the block with no interest.

24/02/2022 - lIndsay: It appears the seller of 23 Ontario Cres Joondalup has opted to use a friend of hers to sell her block, so I’m not sure if I even had a chance to secure this one.I noted it is now on the market with an agent who is based 30km away from Joondalup and has not sold many properties and maybe the same nationality as Maria.

23/02/2022 - Lindsay UD: Yes, I contacted Maria and have since sent her an Market Appraisal for her block. She did say she was getting a number of appraisal done from different agents, but she seemed impressed with my presentation and the supply of other land that has been sold in the area, where other agents said there had been no land sold. I also have the only other land for sale in Joondalup at the moment, so hopefully that’s an advantage.
