4/03/2022 - Dan: That was the last written correspondence I had, all of my other correspondence has been via phone call so never need to send through appraisals via email since the first one over 4 years ago. What ever the policy is mate I guess if I win the listing over the other 5-6 agents you sent it to I’ll have to pay the referral fee.
