25/11/22 Spoke to Joseph, he is still doing works needs to paint will prob be ready for a sale in a few months next year some time.

10/3/22  Hi Vicki, the owner Joseph now wanting to do work to property and ready in 6 months. Changed asking price $2mil not correct value.


28/2/22 Client said he listed with Ray White Adam Hicks for a private sale has to do some clean up and declutter will be ready to hit market in 2-3 weeks time.
