DANIEL - They are very slow moving but things are progressing. He is more interested in moving than his wife. Their kids and my kids go to kinder together and do swimming classes together too so I see them a lot

chris - Commercial property is settling in Jan. He is going to market early next year - prob Daniel, but will speak to hiim again when ready to sell. His mother in law did not liek the agents we recommended so she will likely use someone else. 

DANIEL - JUL23 - Going well with this one. There are a few moving parts to this sale (he is trying to buy a bigger house that can facilitate his mother in law living with them, she owns the house on Elm Grove).

I think this is still a few months off coming to fruition.

 DANIEL Thanks Nat, this will happen sometime this year just not in the immediate future. I'm keeping on top of him though!

DUE TO CALL HIM SHORTLY ONCE HE SELLS A COMPERABEL PROEPRTY TO HIS (WHICH WENT TO AUCTION LAST WEEK - DID NOT SELL, BUT SHOULD BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AWAY FROM SELLING)
