JUN 25 - TIM Still has an active tenant and not selling at this stage
MAR 25 - No further activity on this one. Tenant still in place. Diarised to follow up next month.
DEC 24 TIM - were only looking for a market update at the time of the referral and did not want to disrupt the current tenant. Continuing to follow up.
