Just letting you know I have heard from Jarrod from 89 Spray Street, Rosebud and he said he is expecting to go on the market over Christmas. The market is picking up down here I sold 2 properties last week. I'll keep you updated with Jarrods situation and continue to stay in touch with him. Catherine
