Due to a relationship breakup Sam is looking at moving out of Falcon and needs to sell his home
He has put around 60k into the house since purchasing a couple of years ago including a new kitchen with 2 ovens, painted all internal except wet areas, redone bedrooms and carpeted.
Outside has installed in ground pool and removed all trees which he has said has left as a bit of a dust so was looking at re-grassing but he is wanting advise before going ahead as he wants to take advantage of current market
