Spoke with client, she was forced by rental tribunal to reduce rent for current tenants as failed to repair a cool room and other repairs. Also taking legal action against current managing agents as they did not assist her with tribunal action.
Also confirmed her handyman (does not speak English at all) was not acceptable to tenant to carry put other repairs. Obviously the tribunal looked at the case and found her at fault.
I did not pursue as did not want to throw agents we know under a bus. Not a client we want to be dealing with.
