23/2 update from Mark - I have made contact with him and the tenants lease goes until August this year meaning it is going to be very restrictive to target the live in owners who are driving a large sector of this market.
I told him I will arrange a viewing but I will probably recommend he hold off for 3months then look at starting the sales process.
