4/8 UPDATE Agent: $650k offer - building inspection not passed. They wanted a panel enclosed(as it would have waterlogged the property) would have cost $2k so offer withdrawn.
Gone over to Ray White - resting it for fixing property. Privately rent........Vendors are considering if will fix the property.....Rebecca is still keeping in touch with the vendors...
25/2 Met with Georgina, she mentioned that her husband is wanting above $630k. Looking to prep the house for sale.//Jordan
