The actual owner Lorna and Cassandra (the daughter of Lorna's deceased husband) are not seeing eye to eye. There's been a fallout between them and I anticipate this to be a long process to sort their matter out.  Ben

21/4 Shirley:  3 Darnell Street, Sunnybank Hills – Casandra said her step mother does not want to move out from the property.. she can not push her to do so..

7/3- Cassandra is stuck in Coffs Harbour due to the floods and will be in touch again once she can get back up
