24/2/22  Just spoke with Trung and it all seemed to go well. Only problem is that he has it currently rented with our main competition "Knaptons" and they are well know for charging low fees especially with their managements :(. In saying that the call still went really well. I will send Trung a proposal now and follow him up again tomorrow.

Yeah I believe it is, I have actually sold the last two 3 bedrooms units sales in Lakemba.

3 bedroom units in our area are extremely rare and always popular when they become available.

Trung seemed realistic and happy with the figure of $520,000 - $550,000 which was my opinion.
