Spoke to the vendor approx. 10 days ago, he informed me that he was still doing work to the property before he offered it for sale, and he would let me know when completed. At this stage i am still awaiting for him to advise me so i can inspect the property.

I spoke with Peter earlier today. He has a few more jobs to do then hopefully I can view it in a couple of weeks. He has got two other agents viewing the property also. Hopefully we are a good fit and I can help him with his property.
