Vicki, I decided to go with Robyn from Cairns Property Office.
Both agents presented well, I was impressed with both, Robyn's commission was 2.75% incl compared with 3% this might not sound much but a sale of $480k is $1800 difference.
3/3/22 Both agents been thru now thought Nicole was impressive yesterday.
I got the listing 😀 I will be signing it on Tuesday.
