1/11/22 We had an offer from relatives of the owners my parents originally bought the property from 35 years ago . They were keen to purchase it back .
It was a perfect solution and a great price . We settle in december… so we did not need to go through an agent in the end .

9/3 update from phil - Clients are not looking to sell for approx 6 months, were happy with the appraisal
