12/10/23 We are STILL currently renovating the property, so we are not ready for an appraisal as yet, but next year is the goal!
Unfortunately, cash flow has been low since interest rates increased, so it’s taking longer than we would’ve liked.
Please keep in touch as we will want to sell next year
