Thanks for your email, much appreciated. That is correct – after doing the assessment, working through the options, I have now signed the variation and we’re heading down the build path. I anticipate about a 26 week build time – meaning they should be complete in/around October 22. Would love to use your help again from a rental perspective post completion – it’s been great.
