15/3 Susan: Yes he has, but he said he could not go out to the property.
No I have not had any luck, I actually need someone to go and have a look at the property and do an appraisal. 15/3 Email sent to client and Darryl for update
3/3/22 I spoke to her and they have an offer to sell and just wanted a market appraisal to justify the price or counter offer.
I suggested they engage a valuer.//WArren
