20/9/23 Frank: Thank you for your follow up email, however we have decided not to sell the apartment which is currently being leased and managed by A/Real.

7/9/22 Steve: issues with the building, probably needs to hold off
2/3/22 Steven gave me some good points to consider before going to the market because he knows the apartment complex well so may not be ready to ahead at this stage.
