We have listed the property off market for 30 days. I’ve got 3 buyers going through for a look on Tuesday night.

Price is high tho at 8.2m but we will see what they buyers think when they come through on Tuesday.

Yes they want too much and I couldn’t stack it up. I could see their faces shift as soon as we started to discuss pricing and the easement.

 Thanks Vicki – I am waiting to hear back from a contact of mine about the possibility of moving the easement that runs right through the property as vendors had “advice” this may be possible but that won’t be enough to convince a buyer.

15/3 Jonathan: Our appraisal went well with the client on Wednesday of last week. I left Ann a message today to see if they would like to go ahead or not.

Rebecca: We sent our report over late Friday as Ann wanted to decide over the weekend. I was unable to have the home stack up at the level they were wanting but we were as positive as we could be without over promising. Have you followed them up?
