SOLD POSITION PROPERTY ALREADY KNEW AGENT

I hope this reaches you well. I haven’t had to do this before so not sure what the process is however I have been dealing with Colin Evans for number of years in relation to his apartment at 28/20 Donkin St, West End. Please let me know what you need..

16/05/19: Spoke to agent Ben, not selling tenanted
01/04/19: Agent Brad seems to have forgotten he got the referral from us
01/04/19: Spoke to Colin (vendor), ready to talk to agents now house is empty until the 8th of April where new tenants are in for a 6 month lease
28/09/17: Agent Brad replied, "Colin is not selling the apartment as the current value is well under what he can sell it for."
20/10/16: Spoke to vendor - going to keep tenants in property till lease runs out in 6 months and then re-evaluate.
15/09/16: Agent Brad emailed, "At this stage the owners do not want to list the property for sale. I will keep you posted if that changes"
31/08/16: Agent Ben emailed, "I had a good talk to the owner of this one. Unfortunately I can’t see him selling anytime soon. He wants $575,000+ and it’s probably worth $520,000. There’s no point going through the motions of putting it up for sale in the high $500k’s. It’s not going to happen and no one will get paid."
