7/8/24 I think Vicki has sold this property to her brother which means it is no longer a sales lead.&

8/3/23 Sandra:  She is still renting her property out


5/10 Sandra:  Have tried calling and sending texts several times - not engaging


4/8 Sandra: Have attempted contact with owner with no success


6/4/22 Sandra:   Have noticed that the property is being advertised as a rental with another agency for $900. We quoted $800. Within a week, it has already been reduced to $875 per week . Have not any correspondence with her.



9/3 update from Sandra - Conducted both a sales and rental appraisal for Fiona. She was unsure what she wanted to do and was looking at various options including AIR BNB. Have tried to call her several times with no success. However have heard from her via email. She said she was not looking at selling for at least 6 months but will be looking at renting it out either permanently or as a holiday let. Asked me for anyone that could help her with AIR BNB info. Also said that she had not heard from my property manager Rebecca and I said that she is on annual leave now for a week but she did send her an email and sent her the email again. She then sent me an email saying she appreciated her efficiency but at this point in time will not proceed any further. I asked by email if she meant that she will be using another agency's services or just not renting permanently at this stage. I have not heard back. She

7/3/22 Sandra spoke and met her with her Rental manager the rent quoted was $750-800 per week she doesnt feel the client was too excited about that, she still thinks in this market the client could get what she paid for plus a bit more the only thing was that the patio seemed dated with broken tile etc.
