13/7/22 Hi Vicky. No not close at this stage.


Another agent put a similar layout on the market over a month ago, but it was 11 floors higher, big views, and they quoted a guide at the same price I sold 1 for on level 3. It put our campaign in limbo for that period.

Hopefully I am back on track again, but interest rates are smashing us now here.

I will let you know when it sells

11/5 Chris i actually spoke with her this morning and were discussing marketing & fee. i will let you know if/when i list it


22/4 Chris: no further update since my last one. the vendor is waiting for the tenant to vacate, then she will contact me


9/3 update from chris - The vendor advised her tenant has a lease up until 1st July. She plans to cosmetically update the property after the tenant vacates. Vendor says she will contact me likely in May to discuss further steps

3/3 Nick:  Just gave her a call and an sms No answer but will keep trying

3/3Chris Reynolds:  I have spoken with Thuy and am waiting to find out about the lease details.

It might be a while before she lists as ideally she would like to cosmetically update the property and style it after the tenant vacates.
