6/4/22   I caught up with Mani and Dilip - they have been overseas for a few weeks and still havent reviewed my report. For a property of 140m2 - 2 bedrooms - beautifully renovated the market will embrace a price circa $2.5m. Dilip mentioned that unless they achieve $3.5m it isnt worth their while selling. I will continue chatting.
