TANYA - tanya noted - appraised - but she wants off marekt, rent back until end of year and also multiple agents. $1.5m price in a lower market - best house in lower area. Lovely place, really well presented, but hard to acheive that price. Maybe sell later in the year once house almost completed and prices have increased a little. Just a suggestion. Suggestion of a later in year sale once OC recd.
