Deceased Estate, did belong to Martha's partner, he passed away around 12 months ago. Has just gone through probate and is looking to sell.
Inveatment property, managed by Blights, has already had an appraisal for sale from them, looking to beat their 3% comms rate. Current lease expires in May, will then look at putting the tenant on month to month.
