1/4/22   Client: FU not sure if he sells wanted to see where the house sat after the renovations, both agents were nice. Sitting on it for now


21/3 Catherine followed up meeting went well apparised 920-1 mill, good house bit on small side however they have the two rooms downstairs. Client is thinking about it. 

18/3  Just letting you know that I did the appraisal for Alfie this afternoon instead of tomorrow as they came down early. I met his lovely wife they are going to have a chat and let me know their thoughts. I will send them my appraisal and proposal in the meantime. I'll keep you updated.
