MICK - Just an update for you… Met with both agents from Buxton & O’Brien’s in relation to the property in Seccull Drive, Chelsea Heights. 

Feedback for you… both presented very well and we are still in the process of deciding on the preferred agent to handle the sale. Will keep you posted and appreciate the recommendation of agents.. Cheers Mick

I have now spoken with both agents that you have referred to me.. Thank you and I have arranged to meet with them both in the coming weeks when I am next in Melbourne. They are both conducting preliminary pre-inspection appraisals.
